Your job photos, in the software you already run

Your photos should not sit stuck in one program while your office runs on five others. The moment a job is created, a report is finished or a share link goes out to a customer, we can pass word along to whatever you already use.

How it works

Something happens on a job here. A photo gets added, a report gets finished, a job gets created. The program you already run can find out right away. You pick which moments matter, hand us the address to send them to, and nobody in your office has to type the same job number into two different systems at the end of the day.

Think of it like a mailbox. The other program hands you an address of its own, you paste that address into our Connections screen, and from then on, the moment something happens on a job, we drop a note in that mailbox for it to find.

Straight with you

There is no app store here and no logo to click. What there is: one screen, called Connections, where you paste in an address, like handing out a mailbox address, and tick which moments should drop a note there. That takes a few minutes instead of one click. What you get for those few minutes is a setup that can reach almost any program able to hand out an address of its own, not just the handful somebody decided to support first.

We ran this test ourselves

A job was created in HomeService.Photos, and the news landed in both Zapier and a self-hosted n8n in eleven thousandths of a second. Both confirmed they got it. They are very different tools, and neither needed special handling.

Pick what you run

n8n

A report finishes here, and n8n can take it from there. It can file the report where your office already keeps its paperwork, text the customer their share link, or drop a row into whatever you use for payroll. It reaches hundreds of programs, and none of it leaves hardware you control.

What it takes

Zapier

Because Zapier reaches so much, you are not stuck picking from the four or five names everybody in this trade already uses. A photo tagged "damage" can text your adjuster. A finished job can drop a row into a spreadsheet for payroll. A new comment on a job can land straight in the crew’s group chat.
