Photograph it before the wall goes back
Shoot the rough-in and the soldered joints before the wall goes back up, stamped with the date. If a ceiling downstairs stains six months later, you already have the picture of that joint, and the date you took it.
Six months from now, when that ceiling stains and somebody points fingers, you have the soldered joint on camera: the address, the date and the time, saved right on that job.

You get called back for a stain that started long before you touched the house. Without a dated photo of the ceiling the way you found it, it is your word against a homeowner who is already wet and already angry.
Nobody sees the work you buried
Rough-in is the part you did best and the part nobody will ever look at again. Shoot every joint, hanger and shutoff before the drywall goes on, all filed to the job, and the inspector and the GC can still see it in a year.
Access left a mark
You cut finished plaster because that is where the pipe was. Photograph the wall before the saw and the difference between reasonable access and "he wrecked my hallway" stops being a conversation.
The 11pm call nobody wrote down
